Tuesday, July 11
The Valley City-Barnes County Public Library will show “SING” at 2 p.m.; Drone Discovery will be held at 2 p.m. and the library board meets at 5:15 p.m.

BC Senior Center pinochle 1:15 p.m.

Wednesday, July 12
BC Senior Center bone builders exercise 9:30 a.m., whist 1:15 p.m.

The Valley City-Barnes County Public Library Circle Time with Melissa Lloyd will be held at 10 a.m. and Story Hour with Natalie Potratz will be held at 10:30 a.m.

Music in the Park will be held in the Valley City City Park Bandshell at 7:15 p.m. In the event of inclement weather, programs will be relocated. Information on that can be found at www.vcparks.com or by calling 701-845-3294. It will also be announced on KOVC 1490. Attendants should bring their own lawn chair or blanket and mosquito spray.

Thursday, July 13
The Valley City-Barnes County Public Library Xbox Gaming will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Drones and Rockets will be held from 5 to 7 p.m.

Sheyenne River Valley Chapter of the North Country Trail is hosting a berry picking hike. Meet at the Rosebud Visitors Center in Valley City at 5:30 p.m. to carpool to Baldhill Dam for a 6 p.m. hike in search of juneberries.

The Monroe Doctrine, a local bluegrass band, will perform from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Vault Coffee Shop, Bakery and Center for the Arts in Valley City.

Cruise the Valley will be held in downtown Valley City from 5 to 8 p.m.

BC Senior Center pinochle 1:15 p.m.

Farmers Market will be in the Shopko parking lot from 4-6 p.m.

Friday, July 14
The Valley City-Barnes County Public Library Toddler Music and Movement will be held at 10:30 a.m.

A ranch rodeo will be held at the North Dakota Winter Show Event Center in Valley City.

BC Senior Center bone builders exercise 9:30 a.m., info 1 p.m.

Saturday, July 15
Fingal will celebrate its 125th anniversary with a parade, car/tractor show, musical performance, street dance and more.

JunKin’ CuZins sixth annual Junkyard Expo and Flea Market will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Jamestown Fairgrounds. Items include antiques, repuroposed items, raw junk material, hand crafted jewelry, handmade items and more.

The American Legion Monthly Jam session will be from 1-4 p.m. Must be 21 years of age, otherwise all are welcome.

Sunday, July 16
A pie and ice cream social will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Litchville Community Center.
